VERIFY pre-employment and background investigative services. (For

How
Does It Work? Fingerprints
are digitally captured via Live Scan technology and electronically
submitted to the Illinois State Police and the FBI. Once the
background check is completed, the results are forwarded to the
appropriate regulating entity.
How
Long Does It Take? Under
normal circumstances, fingerprint capturing typically takes between 5
to 7 minutes. The background check results are generally available
within 3 to 5 business days.
Do
You Do On-Site Group Fingerprinting? Yes,
we would be happy to come to your location to fingerprint groups of 15
or more.
When
Can I Go? Our hours of
operation at DDS are: Monday thru Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Friday
9:00am - 3:00pm. Walk-Ins are welcome, yet appointments are

What
Should I Bring With Me? Identification
is required. State issued photo identification, such as a drivers
license or FOID card is acceptable.
Fees:
Licensure- $54.00; UCIA - $30.00. We accept cash or money orders.
We do not accept personal checks.
